Monday, 11/19 – Rest day.
Tuesday, 11/20 – 20 min run. I tried to follow the Discovery Park loop, but I missed a turn somewhere and got lost. 😦 Hence the poor avg time.
Wednesday, 11/21 – 25 min run. This was supposed to be my push it day. The problem is I went for a run in Lynden ( since I’m home for thanksgiving) and it is FLAT. That meant I had to keep reminding myself in the beginning to keep a steady pace.
Thursday, 11/22 – 20 min run. Another day in Lynden! For cereal, I am loving the flatness, but it’s a small town…I have like two ways I can run. Kind of boring.
Friday-Sunday 11/23-25 – Rest days for various reasons. Like getting a new phone and the stomach flu. Gah.

A 6-week gym membership for $10????? Of course!! So looking forward to mixing in Zumba & step classes into my cardio, and also getting to really focus on some weight training. I’m really looking forward to this.
