Guess what…IT’S MY BIRTHDAY WEEK!!! Which means a week of my favorite things! Like BRIE CHEESE!
Especially Trader Joe’s Mini Brie Bites. They’re perfect. They are small and a great snack and low calorie and they still have a rind on them. That’s what I’ve always hated about Wee Brie, there’s no rind!! WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY THE BEST PART.
So get to TJs and buy some. And while you’re at it, get some RF crescent dough and fruit preserves if you so wish and make these babies for the next party.
Baby Baked Brie Bites
1 package Mini Brie Bites
1 roll RF crescent dough
Fruit preserves (I used reduced sugar Raspberry Preserves)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Unwrap 4 mini brie bites and cut them in half.
Wrap each half completely in one crescent dough. Bake for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
Top with preserves if you want to, or you could even bake them inside!!
